Although it’s true that we all age, some of us manage to keep fit and healthy, while the others don’t. Some of the latest research funded by the ERC provides fundamental insights into our understanding of ageing and age-related diseases and on May 16th and 17th one of the ERC-funded research projects will be hashed out in Granada, Spain. Hosted and organized by Parque de las Ciencias, the event will welcome Ms. Marta Artal, a recipient of the ERC Starting Grant for her project MITOSIGAGE. The event will feature a panel discussion with Ms. Artal and two more researchers from the University of Granada followed by a public debate.
The event continues on May 17th with a fab lab workshop with Ms. Artal. The participants will have an opportunity to explore design and functions of various instruments and sensors analyzing motor skills, memory, concentration, reaction time and more.
